I practice psychology as a profession, and focus much of my hobbies around self-improvement. I made a vow to myself early in my career that I would create the life that made therapy most effective for others, and would maintain accountability for changes to be made in my life to be of service to others. When it comes to addressing psychological suffering we must consider the paradox of wanting to start, knowing where to put our attention, and ultimately, to begin the journey of change. Transformational psychotherapy is the discovery and exploration of mental clarity, connection, autonomy, and authenticity.
I provide therapy through online meetings. I spend much of my time studying through the balance of psychological literature and exploration of the human experience as body, mind, and soul. I hope to support you in changes in all aspects of your health, and empower you to have deep connection to your life.
