Sometimes in life, we get frustrated, overwhelmed, confused, hurt, or just plan tired of struggling. It’s at times like these that we’re most vulnerable. I enjoy meeting people where they are and, together, working on their unique and personal goals.
I largely work with those dealing with depression, anxiety, and sexual addiction, although I find it exciting to work with many different issues including problems with self-esteem, marital concerns, parenting difficulties, and chemical dependency. While I typically take a Cognitive Behavioral approach, I am well versed in many styles of psychotherapy.
