Life is difficult and there's no rule book. Have you ever felt like the “other?” I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who have felt like the “other.” I am here to support you to help you learn new coping skills and strategies. I will partner with you to move toward a life of enthusiasm, fulfillment, and more confidence. The clients I tend to focus on are men and teen boys, LGBTQI+, BIPOC and multi-racial people, artists/musicians, and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD and ASD). Concerns including: self-esteem, depression, high school to college transition, social anxiety, and improving relationships and boundaries.
I am here to help you navigate through difficult experiences, both past and present, so that you can fully shine. My style and personality is nurturing and supportive, yet direct and truthful. I also have a great sense of humor and appreciate fun.
I use a person-centered, creative, and holistic approach to meet your needs and accomplish your goals. Other modalities incorporated include CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, and underlining psycho-dynamic work.
