I am licensed in the beautiful state of Montana with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress management, anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, as well as evaluations to determine what maybe be impacting you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and well-adjusted life and to take the first steps towards change, creating goals and achieving success.
I offer initial evaluations, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, mental health commitment evaluations, consulting for organizations and businesses, etc.
