I have experience in helping clients with stress management, anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, EMDR, as well as evaluations to determine what maybe be impacting you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
