My approach is mostly laid back, nonjudgemental, and relationship-based. I focus on helping clients identify goals for treatment and support them in understanding their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and thoughts.

I strive to build a therapeutic alliance based on trust and understanding, using tailored strategies to meet specific needs. My clients gain meaningful insights, enhanced coping skills, and a sense of empowerment. I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and many other therapeutic frameworks.
