I have worked in the education system as both a teacher and school counselor. I bring a genuine affirming atmosphere to build a therapeutic relationship you can count on. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, somatic techniques, play therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, family systems, solution-focused and other interventions, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.
