At Dunamis Psychotherapy, we believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. Our therapists support teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. Through collaborative, evidence-based care, including EMDR when appropriate, we help clients gain insight, strengthen communication, develop practical coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strength. We honor each person’s unique culture, values, and goals while providing a warm, nonjudgmental space for lasting growth.
Our Team
You may feel unsure of who you are, disconnected from yourself, or caught between others’ expectations and what you truly want. Perhaps anxiety, past trauma, low self-esteem, family conflict, or a major life transition has left you feeling stuck. I also support children and adolescents struggling with emotions, behavior, relationships, or confidence. Together, we explore what lies beneath these challenges, build on your strengths, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I like to view our work as a focused workout for your mind and emotions. Just as physical exercise strengthens your body, therapy helps nurture your mental well-being by engaging directly with the roots of your emotional challenges.
