| Español I offer in-person and telehealth psychotherapy for individuals in New York, Connecticut and Puerto Rico, specializing in the assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders and related conditions. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and also provide group therapy. Approximately 60% of my practice focuses on individuals living with OCD and anxiety. Therapy is available in English, Spanish, and Spanglish and provided to children, adolescents and adults.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I provide evidence-based, individualized treatment for OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism using a blend of:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
