I am here to join you in searching within to find your felt sense and explore your feelings and experiences from a mind-body approach. I join clients with curiosity and openness as we focus on challenges, successes, hopes and desires past and present to identify coping skills and strengths to reach one’s goals and gain better satisfaction. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches that will assist us to reflect, process and resolve feelings and experiences and learn new ways of managing and regulating.
These approaches include contemporary psychodynamic attachment and relational therapies, play therapy, mindfulness and somatic and focusing therapies. I also have completed various training on trauma treatment for children and adults with a focus on post traumatic growth, in addition to early childhood attachment, parenting and maternal mental health.
