Hello! My name is Grace and I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin as an LPC. I enjoy working with adults and a few teenagers that are wanting to improve their quality of life and mental health through individual psychotherapy. I treat a host of diagnoses, including anxiety and depressive disorders, and disorders associated with trauma. I have additional training in treating eating disorders and substance use disorders.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, families and aging adults. I have worked with clients in the school, home, office and nursing home settings. I understand that every client has a different amount of experience in therapy or the mental health realm and it is my job to help mold their counseling journey to be a positive one. I enjoy helping clients find creative coping skills and forms of self-care. Together we can find new ways of re-framing and processing their triggers, symptoms and stressors.
