Hi there! My name is Meghan Robbins, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My experience is primarily working with children, teens, and adults specializing in topics related to depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, grief and loss, and trauma. I am most comfortable working with adolescent and young adults. However, I have experience with clients from all age ranges and background.

Therapy can be a challenging journey of self awareness and processing. This path becomes increasingly difficulty when you don't feel seen and heard. I have a deep understanding and compassion for the struggle of the family unit and the impact individual experiences have on those they live, work, and connect with. I use several theoretical approaches in a supportive and collaborative session using tools such as cognitive- behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy and attachment theory.

As we travel our journey, there are times that we need extra help and support. Especially, to move through the rough and uncomfortable times. In therapy, I believe it is important to meet people at what stage they are in while making that journey. This allows us to build the right tool box to equip them for success. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and adolescents. My experience has been around helping individuals with anxiety, depression, parenting, behavior management, trauma, and other life stressors.

Addiction and mental health issues do not need to be dealt with in silence or alone. I feel privileged to walk aside others on their journey to wellness. I provide a safe place to facilitate change, transformation, and reflection while utilizing an individualized approach for each client. l will meet you where you are at in life. I have worked in community mental health since 2012. I have a lot of experience working with most disorders in the DSM-5. I have worked with clients that have anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and other disorders. My ideal client is anyone that wants to make a change in their life and is willing to do the work it takes to achieve their goals. I work with clients to do a comprehensive assessment where I supply a diagnosis or diagnoses. From there treatment begins. I use a wide array of treatments. My main mode of therapy is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

am Gigi Servis, a seasoned practitioner licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP), and a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) in the state of Washington. I also have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and am trained in EMDR and trauma therapy. Approach to Therapy: In my practice, I integrate evidence-based modalities with holistic approaches to foster healing on multiple levels. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and my approach is client-centered, strength-based, and rooted in empathy and respect.
