My name is Allison Osborne, and I am a social worker and therapist. I am committed to providing a trauma informed approach to the unique needs of every client. My work focuses on recognizing how trauma has impacted your life either directly or indirectly and using trauma informed perspectives to address those needs. Additionally, I take a client centered, solution focused approach to helping clients recognize goals, learn skills and tools to address their challenges and begin recovering from the emotional pain and discomfort that they feel.
