I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Theology degree from Florida Theological Seminary and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University. The combination of a Theological and Therapeutic approach allows me to reach my clients from a Holistic approach. It is this unique training that I incorporate in my counseling to assist one in achieving full homeostasis by focusing on the body, mind, and soul. I incorporate a Solution Focused/CBT approach.

I enjoy partnering with individuals to improve their overall quality of life and I truly believe each of us holds the power to improve ourselves.

I have come to realize that recovery is a process and is best approached from a holistic perspective. I have a strong passion for what I do whether you struggle with life challenges, unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, family issues or grief. My desire is to provide a safe, warm, compassionate and caring environment. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process.

Being an amazing black female therapist means embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity. I am a mixed race (black and white) clinician and feel this gives me a unique perspective to mental health. Life can be mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausting. Trauma (racial, religious, or anywhere in between), work stress, marital strife, parenting woes and the like can at times feel magnified and the weight feels heavy, but I see you. Life is full of ups and downs and mental health can keep us feeling great or wanting to crawl into a dark hole. Sometimes we need to vent and have someone quietly listen, feel seen and validated, get practical advice or be taught practical ways to manage our emotions in real time.

I don't believe therapy should take a lifetime, but I hope to be your therapist, as needed, through out your life. I specialize in "Relationship Issues" - through Counseling and Coaching. My goal is to help the Couple decide what is best for them, & help them accomplish that.. . In Couples Coaching, the partners learn life skills that will change their relationship. Couples Coaching focuses on proven skills and techniques for the quickest, solution to couples' issues.

I have a passion for working with adult clients to identify strengths and use them to improve well-being in all areas of life. I believe that therapy must be a partnership between the client and the therapist, and I will help you set and achieve your goals for wellness. I have worked with many different populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including those dually diagnosed with mental health and addiction issues. I approach counseling from a positive, non-judgmental and respectful place. I love to help clients grow in their understanding and ability to cope!

Do you feel as though you need to face your problems alone out of fear that you will be judged or misunderstood by others? I offer individual counseling to adolescents (12+) and adults, as well as counseling to couples in all stages of their relationship. Dr. Belloni's focus is on providing individuals thorough psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to drive treatment plans for emotional and behavioral improvement. Dr. Belloni works with individuals of all ages throughout the lifespan and those experiencing psychological and behavioral health difficulties. She is experienced in conducting hundreds of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, neuropsychological, bariatric and pre-operative pain assessments, Veterans compensation and pension, foster/adoptive children, Child Protective Services, and other psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

I Eu’Lina Smith M.Ed. M.S. LPC, LCDC, am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where I graduated with dual Bachelors' degrees in Dance and Community, Family, and Addiction Services. I also attended Texas Tech Graduate School where I earned a Masters in both Counselor Education and Interdisciplinary Studies with concentration in Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Addictions. I graduated with honors and was a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honors Society while in graduate school at Texas Tech. My approach to counseling combines Solution Focused, Reality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt theories.
