I offer individual therapy, couples counseling and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults. I have a broad and unique base of clinical experience and education. I have a particular passion and expertise in working with children, adolescents, individuals and families struggling with relationships difficulties. I have significant experience and advanced clinical training treating varying degrees of psychological trauma.

I specialize in ADHD/ASD evaluations, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social communication-related issues. I offer ADOS-2 for autism evaluation, exposure/ritual prevention therapy for OCD, and utilize exposure therapy as part of cognitive behavioral therapy treatment for anxiety disorders. In addition, I provide executive functioning coaching, social thinking training, and parent training.

I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Temple University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I have experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment, halfway houses, mobile therapy, and outpatient therapy. While I enjoy working with those of all ages, my passion is working with adolescents, and those struggling with a history of anxiety and addiction.

Currently I'm the primary therapist for all female adult trauma unit, inpatient psy. hospital where we help people in crisis & to transition back home w/ healthy coping skills, strategies and support systems. I also work with Philadelphia school system in facilitating dance movement therapy session with children on the spectrum ages 7-9. In my private practice I continue to work in the area of verbal psychotherapy (individual, couples & group) and Dance/Movement therapy and CBT techniques. Hello. I have over 20 yrs of clinical experience with children, teens, and adults. I grew up in central Pennsylvania and attended Penn State for undergraduate schooling. I then earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University and later a masters degree in Psychopharmacology from Argosy University. I also completed a two year fellowship in Clinical Child Psychology to work with children, teens, and families. I enjoy working with all age groups.
