I work with all age groups whom are struggling with ADHD, Depression ,Anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief,, as well as anger management problems. I specialize with children and adolescents, ages 5 to 18. I am experienced in Play Therapy , Family therapy and anxiety . Treatment is individualized and goal oriented. I want people to grow, and gain confidence in life. As a wonderful addition I have a psychiatrist on board. His name is XiXi Wong.
I work with all age groups from 5 to 90. I am trained in Play Therapy, EMDR . I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety and CBT. I work on facilitating,changing patterns of thinking and forming effective coping skills, along w identifying feelings/self regulation/ and emotions to make changes.
