I work with client's struggling with a range of emotional health and lifestyle issues. I enjoy using humor in my therapeutic approach as well as strengths-based focus to help you achieve your goals of emotional wellness. I am currently accepting morning/early afternoon telehealth appointments Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays (evening hours and in-office are full at this time).

I have a strong interest in furthering the personal and professional development of others. In addition to having a LPC (NJ, PA, CT) and a LCADC (NJ), I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who can assist Licensed Associate Counselors with reaching their goal of becoming independent Licensed Professional Counselors. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) who provides clinical supervision.

NOW OFFERING ART THERAPY. Many people have had negative experiences with counseling, making them hesitant to seek help again. We are especially skilled at working with those who are uncomfortable with the idea of therapy. Clients have described us as “Therapists for people who don’t like therapy”. We try to understand people on an individual level & adapt our skills to meet their needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, & nonjudgmental atmosphere.
