I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Fordham Graduate School of Social Work in 1993. I have been in private practice for more than twenty years. I was awarded "Social 'Worker in the Trenches" of the year award in 2001 from the Hudson Valley Division of NASW.

I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist working in Connecticut for 28 years. I like a relaxed atmosphere in which clients can set goals for therapy and explore what may have been getting in the way of achieving their desired outcomes. I believe firmly in attachment theory and believe our earliest connections in life have a major impact on how we see life and relationships today. I entered the field of counseling with the belief that individuals can create real and positive change for themselves. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, that supports treatment for anxiety/OCD, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and other life stressors. I also offer Clinical Supervision for licensure.
