Inner Clarity, LLC is a group private practice comprised of professionals with varying areas of specialization. Our main goal is to provide a warm, inviting, and relaxing environment for our clients to engage in individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy with a professional who is skilled in meeting their clinical needs. We are an out-of-network provider and would be happy to verify benefits prior to starting services. Our office is able to bill out of network directly, so patients are only responsible for coinsurance at the time of service after deductible is met, and any balance outside of what insurance covers.

Providing my clients with a comfortable, open, non-judgmental environment is key to developing a trusting relationship. I have found it to be so important for my clients to recognize and build upon their own strengths. In our work together we can establish definable goals for treatment and uncover various patterns that developed over time. After obtaining a Master's Degree from Columbia University, I had the opportunity to work in both inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, self-destructive behaviors, or adoption-related concerns.

My name is Kim Mackanic and I’ve provided therapeutic services for trauma survivors and individuals facing mental health and addiction issues since 2009. I am also an Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant. My hope is to create a space that feels safe for you to explore your past, present, and future. "Healing Reimagined" means exploring our curiosity about healing as individuals and as a community. It is about hope and possibility, as much as it is about honoring our pain. For some, there has been a major life event which has left you feeling helpless or without direction. For any person coming into my office, my goal is to create a space which is calming, open, and safe.
