I've had the privilege to work for non-profit organizations and in a dual diagnosis clinic. I've had the opportunity to be a board member of various nonprofit organizations in Nebraska advocating for equitable mental health. What does it mean to "take care of your mental health?" Many of us did not grow up knowing that it was important - and okay - to take care of our mental health.
