People seem to find me when they are supposed to in life. Clients who come to see me, often feel as though they need support with something in life. They may feel as though they don't know what to do, or need help figuring that out. Mainly I find that most of us experience some sort of interruption in our lives. These interruptions can be addictions, losses, toxic relationships, difficult decisions, traumatic situations or can take many other shapes and forms throughout life.
