I have years of training and experience helping those with mental health concerns that hold people back from meeting their full potential. I have 3 years of training in Advanced Psychodynamic through The Wayne Institute and Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. Hello, I am an LPCC-S, LCADC and am trained to provide mental health counseling services to adolescents, adults, and couples in an outpatient counseling setting. I graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from EKU. I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with substance abuse and mental health concerns. I am Level 1 Gottman trained and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families working to improve relationship functioning and improve their quality of life.

My practice focuses on adolescents (and their parents) and young adults making life transitions, as well as with adults experiencing relational issues. I work with those struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, divorce, etc. I have a client-centered approach and try to meet each client where they are in their life and work to move from there to assist them in reaching their personal goals and living their lives more fully.
