Hi! I'm Beth Salmo, licensed in MO, IL, and FL as a professional counselor. My work is focused on helping people who are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and moral injury. I've also helped clients with personality disorders and who are on the autism spectrum. I have many years of experience helping people with mood and anxiety disorders; those who are neurodivergent; and relational issues to include members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I approach therapy from a CBT and Reality-Choice lens and often infuse therapeutic humor into my sessions.
