I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Alabama) with over 30 years experience as a counselor, and 25 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My practice includes individual therapy for depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, daily coping. I also offer family/couples counseling. My background and perspective are informed primarily by person-centered and cognitive behavioral practice.
