My approach is nonjudgemental, down to earth and compassionate. I've worked with children, teens, families and adults in addiction, acculturation, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational issues and life transitions. I provide Animal Assisted Therapy with my certified therapy dog, Jessie, for those that would benefit from experiential interventions.
Coming from a bicultural background, I believe in providing therapy that honors multicultural perspectives and diversity. Our therapeutic relationship can bring healing and long lasting changes.
