I practice psychology as a profession, and focus much of my hobbies around self-improvement. I made a vow to myself early in my career that I would create the life that made therapy most effective for others, and would maintain accountability for changes to be made in my life to be of service to others. When it comes to addressing psychological suffering we must consider the paradox of wanting to start, knowing where to put our attention, and ultimately, to begin the journey of change. Transformational psychotherapy is the discovery and exploration of mental clarity, self-restraint, connection, autonomy, and authenticity.

While working for the Department of Corrections, I received many life lessons that inform my practice today.
