I provide psychiatric medication management in Colorado and New Mexico and telehealth in other states. I have been working in Las Cruces, NM as a therapist for 25 years. My Master's degree is in Social Work, and I'm independently licensed to practice. My special interests include working with trauma survivors and serving the LGBTQ community.

I partner with adult clients who are motivated to make changes to their lives in positive ways. I serve clients struggling with: anxiety, depression, on-going suicidality, nightmares, anger, hypervigilance, flashbacks, hallucinations (both auditory and visual), delusions, dissociation, struggling to manage emotions, and/or acting impulsively. I also work with clients struggling with substance abuse including alcohol, methamphetamines, and/or opioids. I have extensive experience in working with the military/ veteran population in combat, sexual, and/ or gender harassment experiences resulting in trauma.

I am a mature, experienced psychotherapist and have practiced counseling for 19 years. I work with people on issues related to anxiety and depression, including life transitions, relationships, identity issues, stress, career, childhood problems, chronic illness, and stages of life.
