Here at Whole Connection, we believe that a healing relationship is the most important part of therapy. This connection allows each client to safely explore and create the changes and healing they are striving for. Our therapists support clients working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, and a variety of other challenges that can arise in everyday life. We often work individually, with couples, or in a group setting to help our clients build the skills they need to work through and remain resilient in difficult times.
We believe that all people should have access to therapy. Each clinician brings their own unique training, passion, and therapeutic style to the table, ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of folks working with a variety of challenges who come from a diverse blend of social locations, cultures, and identities.
We offer individual, family, and group therapy as we believe all provide a rich environment for change and growth. We work to meet the needs of our community by either sliding our fees or accepting Medicaid insurance. The main topic of this group is relationships with ourselves and others. We will be in a here and now process, which is focusing on what is happening in the group through feelings, desires, and thoughts. The purpose is to help engage with these elements to understand our vulnerabilities and intimacy with others. By doing so we explore ourselves and see our past patterns and grow to establish future relationships in and outside of the group. This group is open to all, but is focused on the ages of early mid 20s and ranging to people in people in their early 40 to 50s.

Intensive IP: Growing Through Connection

This intensive group is has the same format as the weekly groups, but it meets for 6 hours in one day once a month. This creates new experiences. Once a group is over, normally members have lots of thoughts and feelings that are left over from the process. With this intensive group members stay in the process more easily and are able to share more readily what was happening for them, which helps the process of understanding themselves more deeply.
