Asking for help can be difficult, but is a sure sign of strength. Finding the right therapist is the first step in getting the help you need. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, or trauma related issues, or are having trouble managing your emotions and relationships, I can help. I have just short of twenty years experience collaborating with clients to find solutions for areas of difficulty in their life as well as helping them identify and cultivate their own strengths. I am eager to meet with you to develop your own, unique treatment plan.
I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and have worked with clients with complex emotional, personal, substance abuse and relationship issues since the start of my practice. I have also worked extensively with clients dealing with isues related to trauma ranging from childhood abuse to current grief and loss.
