Hiding our true selves can increase negative coping skills, like over or under eating/drinking/sleeping. I work with folks to feel confident to be transparent to loved ones and seek changes to improve their daily lives. My couples leave empowered to have the tough talks without fear.
I use a range of therapy interventions pending on your identified needs to help you feel less alone, happier, and more in control of your daily life. I will meet you where you are at, always give honest feedback, and encourage you to move toward the goals you set. My work is typically about making changes from topics like relationships, work, and trauma.
