My therapeutic approach is humanistic-existential. I believe that everyone has their own answers, and can become truly and fully expressed as who they really are. My goal is to help you realize that you are truly worthy; and become a confident, successful, and wonderful one of you.
I have over 30 years of experience working with addictions, depression, anxiety, and all other mental illnesses. One of my particular focuses is on recovery from trauma. This includes emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, and neglect, in both childhood and adulthood, and the resulting PTSD symptoms and its relationship to addictions.
