I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, trauma, severe mental illness, and dissociative disorders. I'm currently an LMSW working towards my clinical licensure to become an LCSW. My clinical supervisor is Kathy Le, LCSW-S. I've had the pleasure of being able to serve our Lubbock community through different areas of my career by offering supportive counseling and direct care delivery to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, child-parent relational issues, substance use, burn-out, and other stress-related issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor with 25 years of experience in the counseling field. I received my bachelors and masters degree from Texas Tech University, and I have worked in treatment centers for addiction and sober living settings. I have worked with people with a number of co-occurring disorders such as Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Depressive Disorder- not to mention Grief issues and Trauma issues. So, I feel confident in helping people of all ages and from all walks of life treat their mental health disorders.

Trauma and its aftershocks suck. Trauma wounds the mind, body and spirit. It's confusing and debilitating, and it leaves you wondering whether life will get better. Trauma can make you feel, and believe, that there is something wrong with you, that you are going crazy, or that you are broken or stupid. But none of it is true.
