If I were to say if I had a type of client, it would someone that wants help. If there is a need for me to work harder than the person coming for the therapy session, then maybe they just might not yet be ready to address some of the deeper-rooted issues that led them to step out and ask for help. I know I try to remain more attuned and aware that the readiness to change is key to the success of therapy for a client. I want to work in tandem with the person to reach the goals they have set for themselves.

I'm not sure I have an ideal client. I believe in meeting a person where they are and moving forward from there. I feel people often come to therapy to help find the best version of themselves. I enjoy helping others find solutions to their problems, helping them identify their strengths, and deciding how to improve their weaknesses.

I enjoy working with people who struggle with depression and/or anxiety. Ideally, their goals would be to improve their overall functioning and quality of life. My ideal client would be able to put in the necessary work to accomplish their goals. My therapy style is authentic, empathetic, and validating. I believe in incorporating various treatment modalities that are based on the individual needs of my clients.

I assist clients who struggle with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression and want to bring about change in their lives. I help clients who want to find a balance and stability within themselves to learn and reconnect to a more desired life.
