Online, phone, and in-office sessions in my Marlton NJ and Cherry Hill NJ offices are available. I work with individuals and couples using cognitive and psychodynamic methods to treat depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. I also offer life coaching to help you meet your life goals and find greater life satisfaction. Relationship and marriage counseling focuses on rekindling friendship and improving communication. Our focus will be on reducing mental health symptoms, clearing the roadblocks that are preventing you from accomplishing goals, and helping you move forward toward greater happiness and contentment.
Acceptance and trust allow healing and growth to occur. I provide a safe, non-judgmental experience, where you are free to grow and change at your own pace. Together, we will examine your way of thinking and how you see yourself. Changing your thinking patterns helps resolve difficult emotions and leads to greater self-esteem and positive behavior change.
