I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 20 years. Licensed as a clinical social worker in MD, I have experience working with clients in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I view the therapeutic relationship as one of collaboration between therapist and client. My therapeutic approach is a strengths-based, perspective with the primary focus of treatment being enhancing skills to attain overall physical, spiritual, and mental wellness.

Meghan has extensive experience working in the field of mental health and substance use treatment. Meghan has worked with a variety of issues including: addiction, anxiety, depression, divorce, infidelity, chronic illness, grief, trauma, low self- esteem, life coaching, parenting, and stress. Meghan also works with a nurse practitioner to assist clients with medication management, along with several other therapists in her practice. Meghan understands the importance of utilizing a team approach along with resources as part of the therapeutic process and is very familiar with a variety of support services in the area.

Christopher Stephens has experience working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings; he is credentialed to treat indviduals experiencing mental health symptoms and co-occurring substance use issues. Christopher champions an approach that includes Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) modalities and has had success working alongside clients in a range of developmental stages from late adolescence into late adulthood. He is a therapist that is determined to place the client first to deliver the best results imaginable!
