I have worked with a variety of populations doing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy as well as psychological testing. My theoretical approach is based on a variety of methods, techniques and philosophies based upon both research and my clinical experience. I have received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy treating Borderline Personality disorder as well as EMDR to treat distress resulting from trauma. I also have experience treating depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance abuse, as well as developing problem solving strategies and helping people build and maintain healthy relationships.
