I will help marriages with the pastoral counseling I also am able to offer. I work with the age range of 12 years old to anyone in their golden years.

I have a passion for helping clients find lasting, meaningful recovery from substance abuse and addiction. I am trained in EMDR and use it as part of your path to recovery along with IFS. I help to identify triggers and be able to learn healthy coping skills. My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves by recovering from addictions in healthy ways and healing past traumas or wounds that keep us stuck in old behaviors. I view therapy as a collaborative process to help you recover or discover your true self and develop attainable goals.

Each therapy session provides an opportunity to discuss in detail your background, history, and personal goals. We will develop a positive therapeutic relationship and utilize your strengths. We will explore the obstacles that have continued to get in your way — preventing you from obtaining your goals. These obstacles may include resolving trauma and identifying and breaking negative thinking patterns. We will identify your resources and learn and practice an array of coping skills.

I also conduct disability evaluations.
