I am a life-coach, business & confidence coach, licensed psychotherapist, author and motivational speaker with over 20 years of experience. I understand the need to live a stress free life, resolve current and past issues, mend broken heart, strained relationships, start a business, change jobs or resolve work issues. I do not conduct disability assessments. My work is short term solution focused, for Adults Only.
I believe that throughout our lifetime we go through a series of transitions that help or hinder us at the different phases of our life. My goal is to help you find ways to cope, resolve communication issues , career-business decisions, life transitions through examining current challenges, lifelong patterns, workplace issues, stress, loss and illness.
Having worked in private practice for over 20 Years I am familiar with the need to feel less stressed or overwhelmed in any situation.
