Welcoming a new baby can be a joyous occasion, but it can also bring unexpected challenges. I'm Dr. Sara Rosenquist, a licensed psychologist dedicated to supporting new mothers and dads through the emotional complexities of postpartum depression. With a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced during this time, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
I am passionate about empowering new parents to find balance, regain their sense of self, and build strong, healthy relationships with their babies. I have over 20 years helping new parents navigate the often-overwhelming feelings of sadness, anxiety, and isolation that can accompany the postpartum period.

This group meets online Wednesday evenings from 5;30 to 7:30 pm EST. The group focuses on creating and maintaining healthy boundaries and relationships. This is a CBT process group and is only available by arrangement with DrSara.

Introduction to Mindfulness 8-week course
Mindfulness forms the backbone of much of the therapy that we will do together and it is an essential skill that helps generate success in therapy. And nothing creates success like success! This class is an 8-week psycho-educational class that meets on Saturday mornings from 9 to 10 am. Come as you are. Participation is encouraged but not required. And you control your level of visibility too--you can show your video and unmute or stay muted with the video off. Your choice.
