With over 25 years of experience, I bring a compassionate, seasoned perspective to the therapeutic process to support those who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship and family challenges, and other life stressors. I also provide short term therapy for those wanting quick relief for major issues if appropriate.
