Life can get so busy, one can feel like they're on a hamster wheel and can't find the exit door! Not sure therapy will even help? You're in the right place. We offer individuals, couples, and adoption consulting services. We don't get to choose our beginning, but we are the drivers of how our life turns out.
We provide therapy to individuals and couples using CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS in the comfort of your own home. We also offer adoption consulting services to individuals and families looking to navigate the lengthy adoption process. We also provide supervision to new clinicians looking to achieve their supervision hours.
We all have a similar down-to-earth, tell-it-like-it-is style, combined with empathy and compassion.
