I practice from an eclectic and strengths-based approach, helping clients deepen their self-awareness and greater emotional resiliency in approaching their internal experiences with curiosity and compassion. I utilize a person-centered, intersectional, and trauma-informed framework across a variety of modalities to co-create a space of reprieve and comfort.
I hold an LICSW in Vermont & Rhode Island. My practice focuses on supporting queer and trans/gender expansive communities. Affirming care recognizes the significant impact of sexual/gender minority stress and the intersectionality of systemic oppression on a person’s health and wellbeing.
