It's an unfortunate reality, but many people never reach their full potential in life; there always seems to be one or more things holding them back. This can be due to past traumatic experiences, a difficult childhood, their own thoughts, etc... the list is endless! As a result, anxiety and depression can set in.
My goal as a therapist is to help my clients pinpoint exactly what's holding them back to help chart a path forward. There are two aspects to my therapy: feelings work and action. It's important to process mental barriers that are getting in the way of happiness, which then greatly facilitates taking action towards goals.
I make it very easy to schedule an appointment. Simply copy the link: www.drewshegda.as.me which will take you to my calendar showing my availability. I encourage clients to try a session or two with me to make sure it's a good fit for both parties. If you have any questions, you are also more than welcome to call or email me!
