My job is to walk alongside you in your process of discovery and to be an ally and advocate along the journey. I am ready to help you discover meaning and a deep sense of peace that you have been seeking for some period of time. I provide therapy that is affirming to whoever you are and however you understand yourself by being non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging of your journey of self-discovery and healing of wounds, new and old.
I provide therapeutic support in a number of modalities including psychodynamic, Rogerian, CBT, and trauma specific cognitive-behavioral. As an ordained minister, I am also well versed in religious and spirituality concerns including religious trauma. Further, I am prepared to help you on your journey of healthy sexuality free of stigma, shame, and doubt.
I have additional training and professional experience with neurodegenerative illnesses (such as Alzheimer's and dementias) and I am certified to issue the MOCA Exam.
