In our work together, "wholeness" may look like processing trauma, exploring self-identity, building self-empathy, increasing your confidence as a caregiver, or helping your child tap into their full potential.
I focus on facilitating safe, secure, and nurturing relationships where we can work together towards healing. With children, I utilize child-centered play therapy - a developmentally appropriate, culturally inclusive, and evidence-based approach - and work closely with caregivers to support their child's healthy emotional development.
