My client-centered approach blends experiential, trauma-informed, neurological perspectives alongside philosophical wisdom traditions that honor natural flow, personal responsibility, compassionate awareness, and mindful presence.
In additional to traditional therapy, I’ve also been trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP) and Brainspotting(BSP).
I believe therapy thrives when it’s collaborative and stigma-free. Each session is shaped to your needs, not a template. Alongside traditional counseling, I bring psychedelic-assisted therapy and Brainspotting into the session, offering meaningful tools for exploration and lasting change.
