I guide adults, young adults, and teens through struggles such as eating disorders, life transitions, anxiety, social or work stress, depression, chronic illness, family of origin issues, exploring identity, and healing from trauma.
Through our sessions, I work with clients to build emotional resilience and develop coping skills in the areas they are most needed. I treat eating disorders using a team approach and coordinate care with dietitians and other providers.
I support clients in building self-worth, self-compassion, confidence, and becoming more resilient to change. I provide education and resources as well as a space for clients to just be themselves. No matter the situation or trauma, having the vibrant life you deserve is always possible and we can get you there--together.
