I am licensed in VA and pre-licensed in GA.
I work with autistic teens and adults, disordered eating, and gender dysphoria. At the heart of my work is a commitment to practicing psychological flexibility—the ability to stay present, connect with what matters most, and take action aligned with your values, even when it’s difficult. This allows us to shift from rigid patterns of coping into more empowering ways of engaging with ourselves and the world.
I utilize an integrative approach based on your needs, drawing heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My psychological testing services are competent, collaborative, and grounded in science. For Autism Spectrum Disorder testing, I utilize the ADOS-2 in the assessment battery.
You can expect me to approach therapy from a neurodivergent-affirming, gender diversity-affirming, and body liberation lens. I recognize that many experiences of distress are deeply tied to systems of marginalization, and I strive to create a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and honored.
