I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2023. I completed both my internship and residency in community mental health, experiences in which shaped my passion for working with adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Through this work, I developed a strong commitment to providing a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can explore their values, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen coping skills.
