My current rate is $60/50 minute session. That said, I am willing to work with all individuals seeking counseling who might not have the means for ongoing care. A sliding scale will be applied at my discretion should the need arise.

In your first session, we will explore both your most pressing issue and the systems in life that impact that issue either positively or negatively. Within Family Systems, I focus on DBT and EFT to help clients regain regulation over the different parts of their mental and emotional health.
