I am an LCSW, who has been practicing for 12 years. Currently seeking a few couples who are willing to be videoed during sessions in exchange for discounted rate. Most of my clients come to me seeking a better understanding of their behaviors both individually and in their relationships. Together, through our work they can gain some insight and make the changes they want to live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I provide a safe environment for your to share and care deeply about your story. I provide an atmosphere of respect, understading, compassion, and honesty.
I take a collaborative approach. I am trained in several modailities, however, what is most important is the relatioship you have with your therapist. I find when we can build a trusting relationship it allows for work to be done and progress to be made. We can either jump right into the issues that matter most to you or take our time getting there.
I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that I appreciate you. It is important to get in with a therapist quickly! I have hope for all of the clients I work with. Together we can get you back on track to being your best your both personally and in your relationship.
